Shipping

Every Dukes shirt is printed just for you when you order, then shipped from our print partner's fulfillment center.

How long will it take?

Production: usually 2–5 business days. It can run a little longer during the holiday rush.
US delivery: usually 3–5 business days after your order ships. Most US orders arrive within 5–12 business days of ordering.
Canada: about 5–10 business days after shipping.
International: about 10–30 business days after shipping.

What does shipping cost?

United States: $4.95 for the first shirt, plus $2.40 for each additional shirt.
Free US shipping on orders of $45 or more (that's any 2 shirts).
Canada and international: calculated at checkout based on your order.

Holiday orders

Ordering for Christmas? Place your order by [ORDER-BY DATE] for the best chance of US delivery by December 24. Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it. Ordering early is always the safest bet.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. It can take 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Address and customs

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can fix it if your order hasn't shipped yet, but once a package is on its way we can't redirect it. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Returns & exchanges

Because each shirt is custom-printed for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or color preference. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order. Not sure about a size? Ask us first. We're happy to help.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You don't need to send anything back.
