Shipping policy

All orders are made-to-order and ship from our print partner's fulfillment 
centers.

PRODUCTION TIME
2-7 business days. We don't begin printing until your order is placed.

SHIPPING TIME (AFTER PRODUCTION)
United States: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
International: 10-30 business days

Total order-to-delivery is typically 5-12 business days for US orders, 
longer for international.

TRACKING
You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. 
Tracking may take 24-48 hours to populate after the email is sent.

LOST OR STUCK PACKAGES
If your package hasn't moved for 14+ business days, contact us using the 
email on our Contact page and we'll work with the carrier or send a 
replacement at no cost.

WRONG ADDRESS
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. If you enter an incorrect 
address, we'll update it before shipping if possible, but once shipped we 
can't recover packages lost due to bad addresses.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import 
duties imposed by your country.
